How long will it take for my order to be shipped? Our goal is to ship each and every order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 2-5 days, depending on order volume and size.    Please contact us by telephone if you need your order shipped quickly.

Why does it take such a long time to ship my order? In the event that you order a custom poured candle, we will have to make the candle to your specifications.    We do not keep every size/color/scent combination in stock. We pour your candle after we know what you want. This is a much more practical approach to allow our customers the freedom to choose what they want and to keep our prices affordable.    In doing this, we will never sacrafice the quality of our products to maintain a large inventory.

Why don't you have a large inventory of candles with every size, scent, and color combination available? We want our customers to have access to the specific size, scent and color combinations that they are looking for.    It would be impossible for us to anticipate what combination our customers would request without limiting selection.    This way we offer a variety of sizes, scents and colors to suit all of our customers.

Which shipper will you use to ship my order? We generally utilize FedEx Ground service.    They guarantee delivery within 5 business days from the date of shipment.    From time to time, we will utilize the USPS to ship smaller orders.
