Received tallow and wrote to customer service without a reply! Tallow received is in liquid form. We put in fridge, it hardened, but once we removed from fridge back to liquid form! Decided to try this brand, very disappointed. This doesn’t happen to tallow!

Regarding the tallow, what you described is actually normal for pure beef tallow. Because our tallow is made with minimal ingredients and contains no waxes or artificial hardening agents, it naturally becomes softer or even liquid as temperatures rise. (Especially Miami in the summer.) Refrigerating it will cause it to harden again, and if your home is warm, it will soften or liquefy once returned to room temperature. This does not affect its quality or effectiveness.

I use the tallow soap and balm. My skin has never looked better.
The tallow soap is smooth and creamy. I like the clean scent and natural cleaning it offers. I use it as shampoo also. Hair is squeaky clean with no chemicals. This is my simple everyday go to.
