This is the best stuff I have found for my dry feet
Very moisturizing with pleasant lavender scent. Slight grainy texture. Overall, very pleased with this balm.
My 1st order was off to a shaky start, as a problem sending to my APO; but Bob was able to remedy the shipment, and his follow thru was awesome. So, I give him 5-stars on that.
However, on a recent processing, to do a 2nd order on 4/10, but, again, same problem of not accepting my APO information, hence, I sent an email (attn to Bob), as we had this problem on my 1st order. But, never received a reply. I sent another email on 4/15, and again no reply. So, I’m a bit disappointed on this second time around of trying to order.
It’s difficult for me to call and speak to a person, as I reside in Tokyo Japan.
At this point, I’ll put off ordering anything until I move back stateside.
